Additional information can be found at .Job SummaryThe Training Specialist will lead and manage the trainee program, assisting the client with demands, schedules and communication. This role requires project management, strategic collaboration to align talent development with corporate objectives.Main activities:

  • Organizing the annual selection process for the Trainee Program.
  • Coordinating the work related to the Program (training, consultancy), as well as monitoring its execution.
  • Issuing trainees’ performance and attendance reports.
  • Issuing feedback reports to trainees if they leave the program (before the end of the period) and/or to the client.
  • Holding monthly meetings with the trainees and the Program Board, defining the agenda and following up.
  • Monitoring and managing the trainees’ Development Program, together with any consultants.
  • Planning and execution of activities for the interaction of trainees with leaders.
  • Planning and carrying out trainee onboarding and graduation activities.
  • Aligning the calendar of internal and external activities, informing the functional areas and trainees.
  • Leading and coordinating the annual “Trainee Summit” event: supporting the definition of the agenda, guests, program, coordination with the events company, among other activities.
  • Maintaining the database and history related to the Trainee Program.
  • Ensuring that the functional areas organize technical training for adaptation and development during the rotation.
  • Defining the content grid for Leaders to participate in activities carried out internally or externally.
  • Monitoring the work and role of former trainees.
  • Follow up with the functional areas on the participation of trainees and leaders (where applicable) in the activities carried out, in accordance with the defined timetable;
  • Coordinating program evaluation surveys;
  • Coordinating discussions with the Board and leaders on the results of the surveys;
  • Coordinating discussions with the trainees on the results of the surveys;
  • Presenting program indicators to the leadership.
  • Other activities related to the management of the Trainee Program.

Qualifications

  • Degree in HR, Administration or related areas.
  • Previous experience as an HRBP and/or with trainee programs.
  • Previous experience in project management.
  • Good communication, analytical thinking, conflict management, relationships with senior management.
  • MS Office skills – intermediate/advanced Excel.
  • Advanced English required.

Differentials:

  • Previous experience using PowerBi.
  • Intermediate/advanced Spanish.
