For more information, click here .What you will doThe Strategy Jr Analyst – Strategy LATAM | Consumer Health | Latin América is responsible for reporting to Strategy Manager, will be part of the company strategy planning process, supporting on the definition and implementation of a long and short-term vision through the organization, while connecting with clusters and other regional teams to have an integrated view of LATAM Consumer Health division. This position will be responsible to support with data & analysis the strategy and tracking processes and will conduct ad-hoc analysis to support our business.Key Responsibilities

• Support Strategy Manager to collect data and analysis for the construction of short, medium ang long term strategic plans

• Be responsible for governance and update of tools to track the strategy roadmap

• Establishes effective strategy governance with multifunctional areas as finance, CBI and marketing

• Strong relationship with local and regional teams for deliverables connection and calendar management

• Support strategic processes with data management for market projections, trends, financial and innovation analysis

• Create analysis based on data to solve a given problem

• Support business scenarios development for decision making

• Participation on ad-hoc projects

What we are looking forRequired Qualifications / Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related disciplines

• Understanding of marketing & business planning, previous experience in these areas is a differential

• Analytical, problem solving and results oriented

• Data management and governance skills

• Good inter-personal relationship & communication skills

• Proactive, positive & innovative mindset

• Excellent Excel skills / Tableau (differential)

• Language: English (advanced)/ Spanish (differential)
