• Lead Internal Communications for MBG Brazil, Latam and also ISO
• Plan and create campaigns for Internal communication
• Create a annual calendar of Internal Communications activities and plan the activities for each date
• Focal point for HR, Bus and functional areas for Internal Communications – local and regional
• Writing and editing in-house magazines, news letters, case studies, speeches for executives
• Lead Internal events, including development of presentation and content for speakers
• Support for Internal Communications of a potential crisis situation.

Global Marketing Integration:

• Work closely with Regional and Local HR and Comms & marketing teams

Qualifications:

• Communications, Public Relations, 5 years work experience
• Excellent writing
• Native Portuguese speaking
• Advanced English
• Intermediary Spanish
• Ability to work on multiple projects at one time
• Team player, willing to assist on tasks small or large
• Experience in internal communications
• Event coordination/execution experience
• Proficient in Google and Microsoft suite

Nice to haves:

• Graphic design background – ability to work adobe Photoshop
• Experience with consumer/ consumer electronics brand
• Experience working with global and regional teams or company
• Content creation experience – videos
