Descrição da Vaga: The Supply Planning Analyst is responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of goods and services across international borders. This role involves analyzing and ensuring compliance with trade regulations, coordinating logistics, and optimizing supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international trade laws, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Trade Compliance:

• Ensure all import and export activities comply with international trade laws and regulations.
• Prepare and review documentation for customs clearance, including bills of lading, invoices, and certificates of origin.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in trade regulations and implement necessary adjustments.

Logistics Coordination:

• Coordinate the logistics of transporting goods internationally, including selecting carriers, negotiating rates, and tracking shipments.
• Collaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other third-party service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

Data Analysis:

• Analyze import/export data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve overall efficiency.
• Prepare reports on trade activities, costs, and performance metrics for management review.

Supply Chain Optimization:

• Work closely with supply chain and procurement teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce lead times.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the import/export process.

Risk Management:

• Assess and mitigate risks associated with international trade, including geopolitical risks, currency fluctuations, and transportation risks.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize potential disruptions to the supply chain.

Documentation and Record Keeping:

• Maintain accurate and organized records of all import/export transactions.
• Ensure that all documentation is complete and compliant with regulatory requirements.
